Refund & Cancellation

At AUDAWER, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. This policy governs the returns, cancellations, and refund processes for all purchases made through our official platform, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Direct Monetary Refunds

Audawer ensures that your money is returned directly to you without the use of store credit.

  • Source Account Reimbursement: All approved refunds are credited back to the original mode of payment (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) used at the time of purchase.
  • No Alternative Credits: We do not issue credit notes, vouchers, or promo codes in place of a refund.
  • Timeline: Once a refund is initiated, it typically reflects in your source account within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following category-specific requirements:

ApparelMust be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags, labels, and branded packaging must be intact.
AccessoriesMust be in the original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Items showing any signs of use or tampering are ineligible.
Home & LifestyleFor hygiene and safety reasons, items in this category are non-returnable once the seal is broken or the product has been used, except in cases of transit damage.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, Audawer will provide a full refund or a replacement.

  • Reporting Requirement: You must report any defects to Help@audawer.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of Damage: To ensure a swift resolution, please include an unboxing video and high-resolution photographs of the damaged product and packaging in your email.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, a full refund will be processed to your source account immediately.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are handed over to our logistics partners.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return request once the package is delivered, provided it meets the eligibility criteria in Section 2.

5. Reverse Shipping & Quality Inspection

  • Reverse Pickup: We will coordinate a pickup from your delivery address for all eligible return requests.
  • Quality Check: Every returned item undergoes a rigorous quality inspection at our facility.
  • Approval: Refunds are processed only after the item passes inspection. If an item is found to be used, washed, or damaged by the customer, the return will be rejected, and the item will be returned to the customer.

7. Legal Jurisdiction
